my oldest furbaby passed away the other month and he looked A LOT like yours.
i've been wondering to myself since then if i should have acted sooner and i intellectually know that that there's nothing you can do to reverse renal failure, but emotionally i have to wonder if more aggressive intervention would have bought me more time with him.
enjoy her as much as you can while you still have here.

My cat had renal failure, not really much you can do about it. You can try and feed them the kidney friendly food but once it progresses to a certain point they become extremely picky eaters.
it's taught me to feed all of my furbabies a wider variety of foods; my younger ones will not die in the same way.
