Maybe level up as a nurse? I don't know all the designations but there are multiple types, correct?
Rna Cna lpn but also like fancy nurses who do some work akin to a doctor. ?
There are also research nurses. That's a whole other type of work.
I used to work with one. Pretty sure they get paid more and I know the hours are better. 9-5 m-f type schedule (at least for the one I worked with).
Do any of these interest you? Surely it's easier to level up than start something else?
