To my knowledge, cats do best with bird & rodent meats. They don't need to be eating anything with hoves or fins... Though they will probably disagree about the fishies

They will disagree violently about the fishes! I had a cat that was absolutely crazy about salmon!

I had a cat when I was a kid that would pretty regularly snatch a fish out of the creek behind our house, and she definitely seemed to enjoy the fish. But also squirrels, rabbits, birds, lizards… :(

That was a long time ago. I know now that cats really shouldn’t be let outside because of the (obvious) havoc they wreak on wildlife

Please understand, my furry queen eats canned chicken & liver meals with freeze dried chicken treats for entertainment... but also freeze dried minnow treats. They just make her face so happy & her fur so soft
