Well the Video - if authentic - definitely shows more than 1GB VRAM usage less during the same scenes with the same settings. Obfuscation techniques can increase RAM usage, but why the VRAM usage went up too i can't really explain - except for bad implementation by Capcom, because it is NOT in their interest reducing video performance. System Ram i can understand, VRam can only be explained by the people who integrated Denuvo at Capcom.
