People just don't take noise pollution seriously, and it doesn't make any sense. In a world with any logic to it, neighbors would tear someone's loud exhaust off their car and beat them with it.

I'm more concerned with ripping neighbor's speaker wires out, tying them up wit them and forcing them to listen to classical music for hours on end.
