No. Those are two different things

Why Trump is doing that doesn’t really matter, there are plenty of reasons explaining that without him being a Russian agent.

I was polemic. It is like saying Putin drinks the blood of young Russians to say he is a monster. Yes, he doesn't do that literally but he is sending them to the slaughter house just the same.
