This is absolutely nonsense and not true.

Even during the devastating 8-year war, there was no such thing, let alone now.

Iran has enough manpower, and doesn’t need extras, certainly not underage ones.

Good source! It basically explains how the help will be.

As a summary:

The initiative is a Tehran-wide effort to bring volunteers across society in with all skill sets to support the war effort.
They include civil volunteering and security jobs.
In the entire initiative, children can volunteer, very likely for the civil positions, such as running food and medication to people.

This is a far cry of what "The Telegraph" was actually suggesting in the post.
