The idea that Israel is controlling the US, or that this is Trump's fault, is just damage control for the US Empire (lemmygrad.ml)
 

I'm seeing a lot of commentators arguing that the tail is wagging the dog, downplaying the USA's role in all this. Israel is a creation of the West and this war against Iran is in line with everything the USA has done over the centuries. Let's not act like poor USA is being bullied by Israel. Secondly, many are blaming Trump. This is classic scapegoating and only serves to distract people from the fact that the ENTIRE US government is corrupt. By pointing the finger at an individual, they are reinforcing the lie that democracy exists in the USA and that people only need to vote the right person in next time.

Americans are always looking for others to solve their problems. They should do something about their damned government for starters.
