It isn't about the size of the dog, it is the fight in it. The Iranian chihuahua has a death grip on the neck of the American doberman.
I wouldn't exactly call a country of 90 million a chihuahua.
maybe a terrier versus an bald eagle and hornet.
hornets vs bald eagle is good. Eagle may eat a few more of them than they eat him, but it's gonna leave soon enough.
The only problem here is that eagles and hornets aren't really competitors.
