This feels like lots of speculation based off of Kim saying the RoK is functionaly a hostile power. Thats just the reality of the situation no matter what the claims are.

I do hope that DPRK takes a harder stance regarding the south though.

I hope they do aswell, and would not be suprised of they do, but I dont think the DPRK will stop considering the south Iligitimate as the article implies
