so, uh, I guess they're officially coming home with us now. (well, thursday)
We're renaming them to Samuel (Sammy) Frederick and Maxwell (Max) George because we are not fans of JKR, but it seems disrespectful to summarily dismiss those who saved their lives. Also we found out that they were literally due to be euthanised the same day as Misha before KRS found an emergency foster. His Lordship also never looks at pet rescue because it breaks his heart but for some reason he did the day they were listed - with Max looking uncannily like Misha (including, as we found out on visiting, a damaged tail)
The world works in weird ways.
Cerys knows something's up as we're doing up the dining room as a landing zone, but she's incredibly food motivated (as is Sam) so I don't forsee any massive problems considering they'd both sell their grandmothers for a freeze dried crocodile bite.
I can't wait to hear about their antics!
Welcome chaos boys
they are so lovely π₯°πΈπΈ
Theyβre beautiful.
Misha was an incredibly good momma cat, and even years after being fixed would always come investigating if anything playing had a kitten mew in it. So we're telling ourselves we're looking after babies for her.
She would love that. She had to go but she saved these boys
They are lovely. I see shenanigans in your future!
oh we've had kittens and ginger boys before (Punkin and Cerys and their siblings were literally born in our last house), so we know what to expect. Bandaids stocked up and all breakables are being moved to floor level. The one and only time Punkin decided to check out the top of the fridge he smashed four out of a box of six imported belgian tulip glasses all over the kitchen so His Lordship has LEARNED THE LESSON
Ginger boys make up for it with love though!
oh they do. They really really do.
the downside is your heart shatters when they pass
ooh nice looking kitties!
