They're also hampered by neoliberalism and free market ideology. They actually really believe that the best solutions will always come from private industry, so we just need to give them enough room to grow with tax cuts and deregulation. Oops. 🤷‍♀️

The same private industry that off-shored as much manufacturing as possible and pocketed the rest. If people can't see the contradictions of capitalism after the war with Iran, they're just not paying attention.
