No way Europe meaningfully stands up to Uncle Sam, and heinous Israeli-American war crimes are nothing new. Trump still hasn't actually outdone the Iraq war, for example.
Europe and many.in the world are waiting that he gets voted out on 2028 in the meantime they are just reacting
That's not what I'm saying. My point is that Europe is never going to oppose the US on moral grounds, because if they were they already would have. Iraq is the perfect demonstration of that.
They won't because Europe is always on the loosing side and getting in any war is bad, against the us, let's be honest, it would be a disaster. Europe have to protect their people too.
The war that will change the world will be US x China. China is a military superpower and it is surpassing the US, or at least matching them, little by little.
That's the scary part for me. they will end the world
I meant diplomatically and economically, not necessarily militarily. There are cards that can be played without getting into a hot (or even cold) war with the US; (most) European countries just don't use them because A: Their elites profit from US war crimes too, and B: Most of them are happy being US vassal states.
Oh nooo yellow people
China's real power comes from economics rather than military might. So long as the US keeps burning itself out fighting conflicts all over the world while China builds up peacefully, China will continue to grow in power and influence. They have no reason to force a conflict when they can simply win without fighting.
Imo the danger is entirely on the US side. At a certain point, we need to come to terms with our declining status and to try to make the best of it. Reduce our commitments, stop throwing our weight around, fix our domestic problems, and learn to compromise. We need to understand why China's approach has been working and learn from it.
But that completely goes against how Americans think and act, and if we can't do that, then there's really one other alternative. It will become clear that the only arena where we can compete with China is militarily. There's a significant possibility therefore that the US will start WWIII simply because of being too egotistical to accept second place.
The ruling class is (hopefully) sane and secure enough to not actually want to trigger nuclear armegeddon, but they are happy to play with fire. Fear-mongering and saber-rattling with China helps them justify funnelling money to the military-industrial complex which is profitable to them (and if it triggers a wave of anti-Asian hate crimes, they don't care). But this carries the risk that an actual "true believer" is going to end up getting into a position of power and do the unthinkable. As long as the status quo continues and the fire keeps getting stoked, this becomes increasingly inevitable.
That is true, china is literally taking over the world peacefully and everyone is looking to the us having temper tantrums. I shared this before, the trilions of state money china is investing is some parts of the word is insane. They are not going to alow this to go to waste....and that's my fear
