Low-skilled labour refers to types of work that do not require specialized knowledge, extensive training, or prior experience. These jobs typically involve simple, repetitive tasks and are often the entry point into the workforce.
Yes division of labour would've been my choice too, it looks like the Russian version uses "Низкоквалифицированный труд", I don't know if Russian makes a distinction between "division of labour" and "low-skilled labour".
A basic literal translation would be "low-qualification work". So "low-skilled labour" is fitting
