The obvious answer is the pig, but the muppets were always better than just doing the obvious.
Potential top tier fun: Kermit. Beaker. Gonzo. Sabrina Carpenter.
50/50 it's either hilarious or bombs: Animal. Sam the eagle.
Since the Muppets do have their kayfabe layer of being-treated-like -performers as well as being in movies, a "behind the scenes" kermit going "hey Sam, you're up in 5." "... I can't fucking do this anymore."
