That would be Leto II, in the 4th book. This is the second book, Dune Messiah.

yeah im wrong, but doesnt the worm thing start at the end of book 3 and after the book 4 timeskip he's fully formed into the god?

Yeah, the transformation begins towards the end of the third book, Children of Dune.
