"Unlawful rapid transition to EV's"
Anyone know what that means? Which law prohibits a rapid transition?
There are laws against the rapid transition of forcing a person from a living state to a non living state (aka murder). That's all I can think of tho. Don't think it applies here.
That might make sense if you flip it.
Forceing ICE vehicles through an unlawfully rapid transition to death.
I know in this case ICE means Internal Combustion Engine, and yet I still am gonna imagine RPGs blowing up the vehicles of ICE agents.
