Even if we believe he didn't actually know what his Totenkopf tattoo was in 2007 and nobody told him - it's a 100% certainty that in 2009 he did know. He couldn't reup in the Marines because of it.

I really wish the tattoo was a swastika. He would have been toast. Instead he might successfully lie all the way to the senate.
