But the important thing is, can she find a way to also get coffee out of the situation?

If the answer is anything at all related to proton torpedos, then the answer is an obvious yes!

Well, she could have airlocked Tuvix & fired a photon torpedo at him just to see if a cute flower and some commander would pop out. Or perhaps coffee beans, you never know until you try.
