Lighter for scale
I wanted to make a gargoyle as a gift, but I couldn't find one that fit my vision. So I turned to some tools for my personal projects.
First of all I generated it using the Qwen-Image model on the AI Horde
Then I used the Hunuan 3D 3.0 model to convert this into a 3D model and finally I printed it on my Bambulab A1 at 300%.
Turned out amazing. Literally no flaws and extremely smooth finish everywhere.
That is genuinely interesting. The image suffers from the usual flaws in composition and style but the 3d model is corrected. Like the eyes aren't fucked, the toes are fixed. Or at least from the angle you photographed.
Do you know how the tool works technically? Like what it's doing mathematically? Or have a good link?
It's like any other genai tool, it makes some of its own fuzzy decisions so it has the potential to either fix or ruin a model ๐ I don't have technical details but if you Google the hunuan 3d model I'm sure you'll find it
