A place to discuss and support all Steam Hardware, including Steam Deck, Steam Machine, Steam Frame, and SteamOS in general.
As Lemmy doesn't have flairs yet, you can use these prefixes to indicate what type of post you have made, eg:

If your post is only relevant to one hardware device (Deck/Machine/Frame/etc) please specify which one as part of the title or by using a device flair.
These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.
Rules:

- Posts must be related to Steam Hardware or Steam OS in an obvious way.
- No piracy, there are other communities for that.
- Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.

Ive played forza 4 on it and its playable but if its docked and in 1080p it won't be a good experience. Idk if my standards are to high from years of PC gaming. You won't get 60fps and thats one of the games you really want nice reflections and high frames.
If you want to play forza take a look at the legion go S if you can find one for cheap
Thank, that makes sense about about the lower frames on 1080p while docked. I'll check out the Legion Go S.
What about the Asus ROG Ally X? I know it's Win 11 by default, but I read Bazzite can be installed. I've seen these come up in the used market as well.
Personally, I think Asus is good on paper but the products are usually poorly assembled and don't last. I recommend the SD or Legion.
