All the “good ones” in military brass already resigned anyway. From the first reports of those actions last year, I’ve been saying it’s a mistake to leave things in the hands of sycophants alone, when instead people of decent conscience could be in there sabotaging. But alas, here we are.
I wonder what all those "retired" moral, knowledgeable, competent, experienced officers are doing? Are they just sipping margaritas on the veranda, not worried about the fate of the nation they carefully protected for decades? Or are they in touch with each other?
I wouldn't know, I haven't heard a thing. Nothing. Nada. It's almost like NOBODY is talking about that 800 pound gorilla in the room.
Maybe they were secretly assassinated. Or it's my nation right or wrong, only legal means kind of people.
Or they are preparing a coup.

I always took it as, even if half the military quit, choosing their own conscience over this BS, there's still half the military left to follow orders even if it means killing children
