Or because he's a cat that is near lemons. Citrus is very bad for cats and they HATE the smell.

Most of them hate the smell. One of my cats would slightly bite the peel of oranges and rub his face on them. We have to hide our oranges to stop him poisoning himself 🙄

That same cat hates fish, will steal bread or pasta right off your plate, and only drinks water by dipping his paw in it and licking it off. He's weird
