I literally stated I think it has nothing to do with your intelligence. I just think its mean to insult someone for not understanding you when you're also communicating in a language that's not your first.

What if I said something in your first language that was ambiguous, prompting you to correct me, and insulted you for not understanding me?

Also I never mentioned any fallacies, I called you a jerk for behaving like one.
