reading about historical communes, that was a common reason for failure. learning from history would suggest against that
where I live all the large rural plots and farmland has been purchased by big corpos.

I feel bad buying up land in the third world, feels like taking it out from under them. if I'm forced out of the US then I suppose then it's ok
