I can't speak for the whole of my country due to it being the US, but in my city, I don't know a single place that does takoyaki or hot pot in general.
With hot pot I can see why it wouldn't be feasible because a parent sues over not watching their kid drop their electronics into the hot oil, but takoyaki wouldn't be a big deal! I need more takoyaki!
toronto and seattle have incredible variety but i'm sure it depends on the diaspora
Lots of cities in the US have hot pot.
