The plug for how great China is, is just a quote from a Chinese diplomat. China hasn't been in a military conflict in over 40 years, but they still aren't considered to be serious about peaceful worldwide relations among western chauvinist "leftists" whose brains have been smothered in uncritically accepted state department propaganda the second they escaped from the womb.
