If this continues I feel it’ll ultimately bring about the AI downfall. Is the AI money cyclone powerful enough to withstand a $2000 or $3000 iphone?? Most people are fine with their current devices but shit breaks (i.e. one of my ram sticks up and died recently). Even if the overlords want us to own nothing we still need a device to access the AI and regardless of price if shit is completely unavailable then…
AI hype is going full Ouroboros.
Current iphone is 1000-1500$. First iphone was $500 and was incredibly expensive compared to other phones at the time.
$2000 isn't even that big of a leap.
