Is that account had always the one that uses that profile picture or is that a very random account with random Gordon Freeman render, I feel like I see that twitter profile pic every once in a while

It's one specific account that for some reason gets spam posted here on Lemmy. Others have noticed and asked about it but no answers have been found, AFAIK. He definitely isn't the actual source for most of the things that are posted, he just steals funny things others have posted.
