On your last point, have a look at the Ikea sit-stand desks, I have one and it's been working well for... ~10years? (& they're cheaper than some others)

There's no way I could concentrate / be on video calls and walk though, so I'm not sure about the treadmill...

Cheers, I'll take a look! I need something quite narrow, about 90cm, which narrows (ha ha ha) things down a bit.

A few of my colleagues manage to walk and talk and it works out fine, so I think I'd be good. Only one way to find out!
