No, but the manufacturer in question was rumoured to be "saving" the consumer DRAM market because they happened to be making some that wasn't as hugely marked up over Micron.
Instead, that manufacturing capacity is (understandably) being directed into HBM for Chinese datacenters, some of which are still relying on stockpiles of Samsung memory.
