The only definitionally white people are Anglos owning in large part to the center of capital being situated entirely within the Anglosphere for centuries. Every other European ethnicity can have their white card taken away from them at any time by some gannon.

To the anglos, yes. But, as I said, it's a social construct that varies region by region. In the US you see plenty of people that identify as white that definitely would not pass as white in Britain or the rest of northern Europe.
