It's from the final or the penultimate episode of Better Call Saul where we see her in hiding. She works as a paralegal and has boring sex with a guy who says "yes" in a monotone voice after each thrust <- This was a necessary inclusion as an answer to your question.
I believe the scenes are shown in the colour scheme you see there, like they are when Jimmy is in hiding in the cinnabon place.

The first two episodes of the first season were a snooze fest and I was extremely hyped but meh
It's a slow start for sure. Enjoy them for the cinematography I guess. Or the best romance on TV. Or have them running in the background. They're well worth the time they take. The ending is so beautiful. And chicanery is a masterpiece. And Lalo Salamanca steals every scene he's in.
