Step one, research Batman.
Step two, be successful enough that people buy your books and invite you for talks.

Step three.....quit rather than get fired for finding out the gay son had a daughter??

(this can't be right, does someone have an original restore point for step 3? an offsite backup? an earlier version? you're saying this is correct? what?)
