Is that why reddit was IP blocking people from seeing content even though they weren't logged in
?
That happened to me the other day. I did absolutely nothing about it and it had cleared up 15 minutes later.
If you're not using a VPN, try resetting your IP by unplugging the router for like 30s - that is, if you're still interested.
Fun fact: the Startpage proxy works on Reddit, albeit buggy:

I did this too and I was still blocked. I ended up creating an account and was able to view content logged into an account. I really didn't want a reddit account though.
That happened to me as well but it worked in incog windows for some reason

they do. the common ones.
yes, they aren't as effective as kroger.com or usps.com, though. You can occasionally find unblocked vpn servers w/reddit
