I dunno, this sounds like another "kitty litter for furry students" type bs. It can't be real. It's too dumb.
Bonesmashing is real and has vocal proponents online like Clavicular. Very niche in terms of people who actually "practice" it, but not invented like the furry litterbox is.

I think it's more like the carnivore diet thing. There's really influencers peddling this shit, but none of them actually do it.
People actually do the carnivore diet, and I'm sure people do this shit too. There's a lot more people doing weird shit than you probably realize. I'm not sure whether social media has made it more prolific or just more visible
Its more real than the litter thing
I sincerely hope it's mostly fake, but I guess it started in incel communities and at least one influencer mentioned in the comments does it.
