That is in the video, although it is in Spanish.
US authorities announced that ICE and other federal agencies will be in Milan during the event. They argue that they will protect the American visitors and their country's delegation.
I've not checked the Law recently but I'm fairly certain they don't have jurisdiction in Italy.
