HBO's Rome, second or third episode, I believe, when Caesar is giving the speech to the troops after Mark Antony escapes the riot in Rome.

Definitely from Rome, you can see the actor that played Caesar right there, it must be from the speech he gives for crossing the Rubicon, after Antony is attacked on his way to the forum because Titus got into the altercation with the dudes at the bar the night before. Antony is going to get cleaned up before talking to the troops and Caesar is like no dumbass you are perfect covered in blood just like that.
