Having to wake up at 6am has made me stop doom scrolling in bed

That's a huge success and you should be proud of yourself. Doomscrolling in bed is always so tempting, but it's also so destructive to good sleep.

For me by the time phones got good enough to doomscroll I was already too tired to do it. Nice work as always.
