I believe I, and any Canadian, have every right to kill a person who represents a foreign (hostile)government, and tries to abduct me, or those I care about in my country. As they do not represent my government, I believe I’m free and clear.

No authority?

No process?

It is then an act of war, and we should respond accordingly with deadly force.

Just sayin.

I agree, foreign agents seeking to subvert Canadian sovereignty, their life is forfeit as long as they are operating on Canadian soil. They shouldn't have any legal protections either if their objective is to destabilize the country or attack our sovereignty.

The most polite people I know are also the most willing to stand up against wrong doing when the time comes. They are they way they are because they value good prosocial behaviour, they're willing to sacrifice their own convenience for it, and they're willing to defend it.

As they are not empowered by a Canadian government, they may not carry firearms unless they have an express act to do so. This may in fact be the case under a blanket act for border agents. We should review that…
