President Comacho was actually way smarter than the current administration - he realized there was a problem, and he brought in the smartest guy he could find to fix it.

He was a Union busting rat. He snitched to management that other wrestlers were organizing a union to protect themselves. Jesse Ventura was one of the organizers.
