Definitely totally unrelated, but you can get sufficiently functional bolt cutters for around $20
Not sure what your implying but it can’t be that its that you can just walk into these facilities with bolt cutters and not end up on the other side of the fence without them.
I support the sentiment to raid these as civilians to free these people but the costs of that are not comparable to 20 bucks.
