AFAIK not a normal mormon thing, but I've only studied the salt lake group. If anyone here has experience with a non brighamite sect they might know more

Edit just checked in with an online mormon community and they found a longer version of this showing JE supposedly met with the head of their church. Search the doj portal for EFTA02437604 at your peril, it's graphic
