Its real. Your can hear it.... See the reactions.... Then he quickly end the session and wants everyone out of the room immediately.

Plus, listen as the open mic catches an intern saying something like "I don't want to do this again"

It's such a perfect sound it really does seem fake, especially if you listen to it a couple times to be sure.

Like the opposite of semantic satiation.

After so many listens, it's stops being a fart sound and starts sounding like an obvious sound effect added in for gags.

It just elicits a visual, you can tell with you ears it's not dry.

About 33 seconds into the clip there is a squelching fart noise. It aligns with the lady in green's quickly-stifled horrified reaction. The fart noise had a wet component to the sound, as if liquid was oozing out in addition to gas. It's quite probable that he ended the meeting because he gave himself a mud ring and had to go wipe it and change his diaper.
