Why is the title different?
We like to have fun here.
What is this place? A safe space for underrepresented peoples and peoples of color to talk, chill, and vibe.
What are the basic rules of the community?

Follow Lemmy TOS and Community Guidelines. Non negotiable. This is the bedrock and mods will make decisions with this always in mind.

This community is for ethnic minorities and people of color. This is a safe space where such people can freely discuss their struggles, insight, and thoughts without fear. If you are not, we respectfully ask you do not post or comment here. A future community will be established to allow for racial discussions with a mixed userbase. However, remember, comments here must still respect Lemmy TOS and Community Guidelines.

Stupidpol is not allowed. Stupidpol is class reductionist. We are an identity community. Thinking like stupidpol ignores the struggles of the oppressed, their voices, and their need for unique support. Nothing says oppression more than someone saying that the identity you have is "not real" and that if you only thought like them you'd see what your "real" identity is. This place is for ethnic minorities and people of color. This includes those of mixed heritage and those who may be "white" but are of an ethnicity that is a minority in their area (i.e. Kurds, etc) If you've experienced oppression due to your identity that is not based on sexual / gender identification, you are welcome here.

Moreover, for our American audience, we have people from around the world who are "white" but are oppressed due to being a minority in their country. They are and should be welcomed here.

It's hilarious they always use the ukraine gotcha, showing their whole nazi asses and this convo was started by a ukrainian jewish person cause ig history doesn't matter and the rabid antisemitism that was present in ukrainian society before 2022 and that the west had no issue recognizing back then suddenly went poof and got launched into every single palestinian toddler who not only want to kill all jewish people but are also rabid homophobes and deserve to be carpet bombed. "But you can't generalize all ukrainians" then stop basically generalizing all palestinians and putting your feelings over their lives, not that violent uprising should even be condemned by the colonized against colonizers but I digress. People who still cry about pissrael's existance being threatened (they have no right to exist in the first place, countless of ethnic group governed palestine before and after jewish people if you pull your head out of your eurocentric ass) as if Gaza and the West Bank aren't simultaneously being slowly colonized and annexed not to mention south Syria and maybe even south Lebanon again atp and jewish people being targeted as if palestinians and other arabs aren't dying everyday, deserve everything bad in life. We're in the bad timeline when supporting the native palestinians makes you antisemetic just cause you're against colonization when done by jewish people but you're NOT antisemitic when you support fucking azov and the ukrainian army as a whole lmao. Everybody who considers themselves on the left and is actually worth anything needs to be anti-zionist or they're useless idiots for imperialism and nothing more, and any left-wing party or group needs to stand their ground or be discarded.
