Oh sure, if you use retrodeck or something similar, your ROMs can be added to the normal steam lib with images and everything, making it almost fully plug and play. I have been pretty succesful up to PS3 (I love Dante's inferno), and although switch/BotW required a lot more work beforehand, it did eventually work on a stable fps.
