Level 3 reclaimed water or its local equivalent only for data centers. If they can't manage, fuck off.
I doubt very much that The Dalles, Oregon has a wastewater treatment plant capable of treating effluent to drinkable standards, so every single fucking oz used eventually just gets dumped down a drain, treated, and released to nature and not injected back into the drinking system. If they draw their water from surface means, they have to wait for the water cycle (evaporation, then condensation/rain) to complete and for that water to land in their local catchment areas.
What a goddamned waste
