You can hear it on mic at 0:34, and trump immediately ends the press conference and has reporters cleared out.

No idea who the woman in the green is, but she seems to not be as used to the smell as everyone else in this administration

It's Kathryn Burgum, wife of Interior Secretary (and former North Dakota governor) Doug Burgum.

Being from North Dakota, you'd think she'd be used to the smell of manure.

Manure & a rotting corpse are two different smells though.
