Nah, that ain't it. It's the shit-heel comparing two dissimilar groups and generalizing an occupation they likely couldn't, and wouldn't, be able to join. What sucks about people like you is that if you've lived through a natural disaster in the US, it was likely local military who helped after the fact, or attempted to mitigate damage before it struck. But sure, it's the racism.

US military has used natural disasters abroad as strategic coordinations for attacks… Your fate is basically determined by the natural disaster occurring in America or abroad lol.
