This lil' feller is the second best racer in Sonic R, good top speed, amazing handling, and he can float over water so no need for ice weather or bubble power ups. (hexbear.net)

Tails Doll is also a creepy pasta celebrity but I really don't care much for those.

Oh it's worth noting I'm using the improvement mod that makes the game actually playable, so Sonic Gems collection and the Sega Saturn release is gonna be different.
